Use Yoga Every Day — To Go Long

Use yoga every day. This week we’re going long! By long we mean 20–34 minutes of daily yoga. You’ve felt what a difference just 5–10 minutes of yoga makes, and you’ll be amazed by how much you can do by extending that, while still spending less than half the time you’d have to spend in a studio class.

And if you feel like you don’t have time right now (we get it!), challenge yourself to prioritize creating more space for yoga on just 1 or 2 days. On other days, enjoy doing what you can in the time you do have — we’ll share a short session related to each longer video on social for more inspo so be sure you’re following Athletes for Yoga on Instagram, Twitter and/or Facebook.
