Use yoga every day. This week we’re highlighting some of our lesser known Resets. We all get in a routine of using the same Resets, but varying your practice will keep you more balanced — and also keep things more interesting! This week, shake it up! You might even discover imbalances you weren’t aware of and, more important, learn how to use yoga to solve them. Try something new and feel the difference.
