Join Coach Duni Disston in January for a weekly Athletes for Yoga Recovery class, optimized for athletes of all kinds. Over the course of four Sunday eve classes, you’ll learn practical techniques to kick-start post-workout and competition recovery, and mitigate the risks of common injuries. We got your sore booty covered…
When: Sundays in January, 5–6pm… Have to miss one of the sessions? No biggie — we’ll give you a make-up pass, valid for any of our other drop-in classes.
