I'm excited to announce that Rose and I are hopping across the pond to my homebase of the PNW this week! Let's hope hopping the pond with a baby is just as easy as it sounds. All mama tips for travel welcome.

Saturday, July 2 and Sunday, July 3, we'll have a free #hitreset session around 9:45am immediately following the come-all morning runs with Oiselle and Picky Bars! Bring a mat or towel, or not. It's a no-fuss, post-run Athletes for Yoga sesh, perfect to limber up and find balance between the run and a full day of track spectating!
