Join Team Athletes for Yoga’s Erin Taylor and Lulu Hays for a 2-hour Athletes for Yoga Injury Prevention for Runners Clinic designed to help you learn to use yoga to mitigate running tweaks, strains, and pains.
You will learn:
Culprits behind common runner issues including shin splints, planter fasciitis, and IT band pain
Practical tips and techniques to help prevent and heal common running injuries
"Quick hit" sequences you can practice from home for ongoing maintenance
Myth-busting of common misconceptions about how to stretch effectively
