Yoga for Real
If you wait for the perfect time or place to do yoga, it probably won't happen.
It's not about perfection, it's about progress. It's about creating more balance physically and mentally in the time that IS available to you, amid all of the very real moments of your training and your life.
That's why it's time to embrace Yoga for Real — a quick hammy stretch at the end of your long run, legs up the wall before bed after a grueling training session, a side bend at your desk during a cray day, a hip stretch next to your toddler's bed when they won't sleep... these moments don't just help us to feel more balanced, they move us forward. It doesn't matter if you can't attend a class, or don't have 60–90 minutes to spare. One quick stretch matters more than you realize. Whether you spend two minutes or 20, anything is better than nothing when you make Yoga for Real a daily practice of staying aware of where you're at and responding accordingly.
Yoga for real means the more real your yoga is, the harder it will work for you. Look beyond your to do list. Work beyond your mat. Hit Reset anytime, anywhere and close the gap between where you are now, and where you want to be.
